There Steve established the largest thatch insurance account in the Lloyds Insurance market and ran a membership scheme offering thatch surveys, 24 hour emergency cover, vermin damage protection and discounted insurance rates. Steve has been a frequent speaker at seminars for surveyors, architects, builders and estate agents.
